Return Policy

This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return conditions
Returns must meet all of the following:
Item must be new and unused.
Item must be returned in its original packaging.
Product packaging must be intact.
Return must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for items that show any use, contamination, damage after delivery, or missing packaging.

with:
Order number.
Whether you want a return or exchange.
The item(s) involved.
If defective, include clear photos of the issue.

If your return is approved, use the prepaid return label included in your package. Returns must be mailed back within the return window.

Restocking fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the product price.

Refunds
If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for:
Product price minus the 30% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund processing time
Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive your return.

Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve it through a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
