  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility

Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Typical transit estimates:

Tracking Information

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

If your tracking shows a delay:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.
