At Bang Butter, we stand behind our product and want you to buy with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Because Bang Butter is a consumable product used in firearms applications, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Opened or Used Products

We generally cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

However, if you believe there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us. We review these cases individually and will work with you toward a fair solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and product

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll take care of you quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order and contact us regarding the original purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
